Registration Includes

For In-Person Participants:

• Access to all conference sessions, poster and exhibition area
• Conference kit including name tag, program booklet and Abstract Book
• 2 Coffee breaks and Lunch for all the conference days
• Certificate accreditation from Organizing Committee

Note: Participants registered under Listener and accompanying category are not allowed to present their papers in Oral or Poster sessions.

For Virtual Participants:

• This category allows participants to present at the conference virtually from home or work
• Access to all Presentations
• E-Abstract Book and Program
• E-Certificate for Presentation and Participation

Accommodation Includes:

• Complimentary Breakfast
• Complimentary Wi-Fi
• Free On Site Parking
• In House Restaurant
• Gym

Check-in: 2:00 PM, Check-out: 12:00 PM

Refund/Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the conference secretary
• Cancellation before 90 days of the conference start date will receive a full refund, less a $100 processing fee
• Cancellations made within 90 days of the conference start date are non-refundable but transferable to an upcoming event
• Registrations are transferable until October 21, 2024. Any transfer requests after this date will not be honored
• Refunds will be processed in the second week after the completion of the conference

Note: The Refund/Cancellation Policy is not applicable if the conference is postponed due to force majeure or events beyond the organizers’ control. In such cases, registration and accommodation charges may be transferred to future events.

Terms and Conditions

• By registering for the conference you agree to these terms and conditions
• The organization reserves the right to alter the program, date, and/or venue at any time without prior notice
• We are not liable for loss or damage from changes or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
• The organizer holds the right to cancel any conference at any time due to unavoidable or unforeseeable circumstances
• Registrations remain valid for rescheduled dates or future editions. Refunds are not provided in such cases
• In the event of cancellation, updates will be posted on the official event website
• It is the delegate's responsibility to check for updates on the website
• The organizers will not be liable for personal injuries or damage/loss to property during the conference
