Silvia Lagrotta, MD, is a physician with over 25 years of clinical experience and founder of Take Care BR™, an advanced longevity and personalized lifestyle medicine clinic in Brazil. She is a board-certified specialist in geriatrics, gerontology, exercise and sports medicine. Dr. Lagrotta is the founding director and board advisor of the Brazilian College of Lifestyle Medicine and serves on the Medical Advisory Board of the International Longevity Alliance.
